You'll notice Current in the Health Certificate column for many destinations. This means the source supplying the information wasn't more explicit about their requirements so I'd suggest the certificate be issued as close to your departure date as possible, with a maximum of 30 days before travel. Be sure that the health certificate includes the vet's name, address, and license #. Any official stamps your local or federal government can add usually makes the customs officials are happier!
